1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and 777fh (hereinafter "777fh", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://777fh.cam (the "Platform" or "Website").

By accessing, browsing, registering on or in any way using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2Definitions

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked on qualifying bets before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which Account Balances are denominated on the Platform.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.

3Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance is effective from the moment you first access the Platform or, where applicable, from the moment you complete Account registration, whichever is earlier.

These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations or understandings between you and 777fh relating to the subject matter herein. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any promotional or game-specific rules published on the Platform, the game-specific or promotional rules shall prevail in respect of that specific offer or game only.

4Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on 777fh, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the laws of the operator's licence jurisdiction or your country of residence, whichever is the greater;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent or affiliate of 777fh or any group company;
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms;
• You are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal;
• You are of sound mind and are not using gambling as a coping mechanism for financial difficulty, stress or emotional distress;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current and complete.

5Account Registration

5.1 One Account Per User

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances.

5.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address and contact details. You must promptly notify 777fh of any changes to this information via the account settings or customer support.

5.3 KYC Verification

777fh reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address and payment method at any time. Acceptable documents may include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

5.4 Account Closure

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Outstanding wagering requirements must be satisfied before any remaining real-money balance is eligible for withdrawal, subject to the withdrawal conditions set out in Section 7 below.

6Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. 777fh will never contact you by email, live chat or any other channel to request your password.

All activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — shall be your sole responsibility, unless you have notified 777fh of unauthorised access in writing prior to the relevant activity taking place.

In the event you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 777fh customer support immediately at [email protected]. 777fh reserves the right to suspend an Account pending investigation where security concerns are identified.

7Deposits & Withdrawals

7.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Account balances are denominated and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform accepts deposits via a range of payment options familiar to Pakistani users — including but not limited to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT.

7.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests will be processed subject to the following conditions being met:

1. Your Account identity has been fully verified through the KYC process;
2. All applicable wagering requirements on any Bonus Funds have been completed;
3. The withdrawal amount meets the applicable minimum threshold published in your Account dashboard;
4. The withdrawal is made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible;
5. No outstanding fraud, security or compliance review is pending on your Account.

7.3 Processing Times

Indicative withdrawal processing timelines are published within the Account dashboard and may vary depending on the payment method selected, KYC completion status and any additional verification requirements. 777fh does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

7.4 Currency

All transactions, balances and winnings are denominated in PKR. Where deposits are made in a different currency or digital asset, conversion will be applied at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction. Exchange rate fluctuations are not grounds for dispute.

8Betting Rules

8.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. A bet is deemed accepted when the Platform displays a confirmation reference number. You are responsible for verifying that all bet details — including selection, odds, stake and market — are correct before confirming placement.

8.2 Odds

All odds on 777fh are presented in decimal format. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your accepted bet. 777fh reserves the right to correct manifest errors in odds without liability.

8.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances:

• The relevant event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled without rescheduling within a period specified in the applicable sport rules;
• The bet was placed at clearly erroneous odds due to a technical or human error;
• Relevant market rules published on the Platform provide for void outcomes under specific conditions.

8.4 Maximum Payouts

Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply and are published in the Platform's betting rules for each sport and market. 777fh reserves the right to limit winnings on any single bet or across multiple bets placed in a defined time period where it reasonably suspects irregular betting patterns.

9Bonuses & Promotions

9.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional rewards offered by 777fh are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the general bonus conditions in this Section apply.

9.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Minimum odds and eligible markets for qualifying bets are stated per promotion. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum, or on excluded markets, will not contribute towards wagering requirement completion.

9.3 Bonus Expiry

All Bonus Funds and associated free bets are subject to an expiry date stated in the relevant promotion. Bonus Funds not used or wagering requirements not completed within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.

9.4 Abuse of Promotions

777fh reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim bonus funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics that is contrary to the spirit of the offer.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Platform:

• Registration or use of an Account by any person under the applicable minimum age;
• Use of the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• Operating multiple Accounts or registering an Account under a false identity;
• Collusion with other users to manipulate the outcome of games or betting markets;
• Use of automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other automated means to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting errors, glitches or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage;
• Money laundering or the use of the Platform for any activity in violation of applicable anti-money laundering laws;
• Any conduct that disrupts, damages or interferes with the operation of the Platform or other Users' experience.

Breach of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where required by law, referral to competent authorities.

11Responsible Gambling

777fh is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling must be treated as a form of entertainment only — not as a source of income or financial relief. Access to the Platform is restricted to adults aged 18 or over (or such higher minimum as required by applicable law).

All Account holders have access to the following Responsible Gambling Tools within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly and monthly caps on total deposit amounts;
• Loss Limits — caps on net losses over a defined period;
• Session Time Limits — automatic reminders and enforced breaks after specified session durations;
• Cool-Off Period — a temporary suspension of the Account for a period chosen by the User;
• Self-Exclusion — a longer-term or permanent exclusion from the Platform.

12Jurisdictional Compliance

13Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, game interfaces, data compilations and underlying source code — is the exclusive property of 777fh or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 777fh.

14Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777fh, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits or revenue;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform or any game or service;
• Errors, inaccuracies or omissions in odds or game outcomes caused by technical faults;
• Unauthorised access to your Account where you failed to maintain adequate credential security;
• Any legal or regulatory consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a Restricted Jurisdiction.

777fh does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Where applicable law does not permit the full exclusion of liability, 777fh's aggregate liability shall be limited to the amount you deposited in the seven (7) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15Amendments to These Terms

777fh reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time and for any reason. Where amendments are material, 777fh will provide reasonable notice to registered Account holders via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the change.

16Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its primary gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration tribunals of that jurisdiction.
